Cheryl, please tell us about your healing work as an Astrologer, Psychic, and Tarot Reader as well as the owner of Soul Support?
My path to being a Psychic began in 1975; after a near death experience, I met my Angel Guides. They told me that my mission was to enlighten others to their greatness, and show them how to believe in themselves – how to regain hope in their lives. They said humans have a greater capacity for Love and Happiness than they know. They told me to study Astrology so I would not take things so personally – I would begin to understand what makes people tick. I started out compiling Astrology charts, and eventually saw more in the charts than were possible. That led me to Psychic studies, and then to the Tarot. The Tarot helped me slow down the information so that I could communicate it to the client quickly. In 1993, I decided to offer my skills to those not getting the help they sought; by combining my Psychic abilities with Tarot and Astrology, I am able to help my clients in ways that go beyond traditional therapy. I opened Soul Support as my candle in the dark for humanity. Whenever someone is looking for a safe port in their storm, whenever someone is lost and needs a guiding hand, whenever someone needs a boost and a relaxing respite, Soul Support is there for them. Soul Support is my metaphysical Club House!
When people get readings from you Marza or Cynthia, what are they primarily looking for?
First, there are people who just want guidance and validation of the steps they are taking on their spiritual path. Next, there are those who have left traditional religion and are looking for someone to explain where to begin on their own spiritual path, or those who still enjoy their faith but are not getting answers to their questions. Many who miss ritual in their lives and don’t know what to trust or what to try. Also, there are practicing metaphysicians seeking understanding of the growth and changes they are experiencing. They are all looking for a light in the dark.
Marza, please tell us what work you do.
My strength lies in many places! My father was Shamanic practitioner so I was raised with and around indigenous people all my life, thus my deep interest in practices that revolve around earth based shamanism. I own Ancient Visions, and offer clients Shamanic Medicine, Lomi Lomi Massage, Past Life Regressions, Soul Retrieval, and Crystal Healing. As an herbalist trained in Flower Essences, I am also the Marketing Director for Flower Essence Society, and an Anthropologist. My work comes from Native Elders, the Cosmology in Hawaiian, Celtic, and Native American Shamanism. I also offer classes, Vision Quests, and Sweat Lodges on alternate Wednesday evenings and Saturdays. Ancient Visions is my offering of antiques as well as Crystals, Stones, and Ritual items at Soul Support.
Cynthia, can you explain as a trance channel, how you are able to see and know information?
In the beginning, I was regressed by Dr. Boris Bagdassarroff to a new level of consciousness. Much to my surprise, I began to “channel” information with an energy called Fortune that spoke through me. Dr. Bagdassarroff’s conclusive opinion was that Fortune is, ”Cynthia’s Inner Guide of Knowledge and one of the few Inner Guides I know who comes through to consciousness to bring knowledge for other entities, for other people, as well as Cynthia.” This was amazing to me! Now, after 20 years of work, I see symbolic imagery through what is called the “third eye” and I feel what the interpretation is. I then translate this information to the person I am reading so that they will understand the energy that surrounds them. This is done through question and answer sessions, each question brings symbolic pictures, sounds, feelings, words, and visions that I then convey back to the client. As a conscious trance-channeler, I am in a trance, yet conscious when I read someone, I am not in a blacked out state. I remember the reading, and feel present while reading the person as the information flows through me as a channel of sorts. My ego steps back and allows this interaction between my Inner Guide and those I channel for.
What classes are offered at Soul Support?
Some of the classes are free including SoulCircle, alternate Wednesday evenings, with topics including Sabbat preparation, altar creation, quantum mechanics, tarot, and astrology. Other workshops available include The Secret, Dropping Thoughts to Stay in the Moment, Energy Medicine, Crystal Energy, and Self-Maintenance for Metaphysicians.
