Suzie Daggett

Since early childhood, Suzie has had a fascination with helping people learn more about the choices they have in life.  For a very long time, she did not know what to do with that energy, until she found her forte in publishing and producing information around the variety of choices available for healthy living.

Since Fall 2002, Suzie has published the unique and diverse Insight Healthy Living Directory, a valuable and visible community resource guide for the Nevada City, Grass Valley, Auburn, Roseville and Rocklin areas.  This website and the print directory were created as Suzie saw the need to provide a container for information, education and deeper awareness in the expanding variety of alternative, and integrative offerings for individual health and wellness options.

Suzie also produces the Insight Lecture Series, bringing national and internationally well-known speakers to the area to open doors for learning, education and enlightenment to promote healthy life style choices. With the help of many excellent consultants, she continues to create new ways to bring more knowledge to those who realize that one way of health or healing does not fit all. In her time off, Suzie loves to be with her family, read, hike, be in nature and investigate the deeper mysteries and why’s of the world.

Debra Satterwhite

From the age of 6, Debra knew she wanted to be an administrative assistant! Debra is multi talented - an expert at organizing and using her intuitive skills blended expertly with her linear thoughts in her everyday world.

Along with her office expertise, Debra handles real estate transactions for referred buyers and sellers. She is a trained Spiritual Director and works with folks one-on-one.

She has an interest in many elements of life, including writing poetry, singing, reading, skiing, movies, living spirituality every day, and spending quality time with her family. If you need something manifested or efficient systems designed  - call Deb...she knows how to get things done.
