E-News
Your ad will appear in our E-News sent to over 2400 people every other Thursday and on the front page of the Insight Healthy Living website. You will have 24/7 presence on the website during your ad run.
E-News ads are for event or announcements only.

70 - 90 words or less + a photo or logo....
Text with event title, short description, location, contact information, email and website (if you have one). This can be in a word document or in the body of the email. Please be brief and concise, but include who, what, where, when and why.
Important! - State which date or dates you wish to advertise.
Logo or a photo, sent as a jpg or tiff. We cannot use flyers or pdf's or photos embedded in a word document. Image should be high resolution, between 100 - 200 pixels - we will size them to fit.
Deadline - by noon, the Wednesday before the publish date of the E-News. (see dates below)

E-Flyers
Insight E-Flyer advertising is an excellent way to get even more attention to your specific event. This stand-alone flyer is sent to the Insight mail list of over 2400 people. We make it easy for you to attract new clients.
E-Flyer ads are for event or announcements only. We will send your E-Flyer out a total of two times only.
Pricing: $75 - for one time sending or $100 for the flyer and E-News (see above)
Send your flyer as a jpg for web. We cannot use a pdf.
Important! Let us know the specific dates you wish your E-Flyer to be sent.
Size: Please only send a jpg - 72-150 dpi, approximately 480 x 680 pixels, file size of 1/2 megabyte, or less.
