Recovering Lost Parts
in the body-mind system.
by Luis Diaz
Nothing of “Real
Value” can be obtained with violence
Physical and emotional abuse
are forms of violence. We've created laws to prevent or
punish the manifestations of violence in our society, although
in the area of Emotional
Abuse there is still a lot of work that needs to be done. This
is especially true when we are
using that kind of violence in ourselves.
Most of us are going through
life feeling constant inner-tension and uneasiness. As a result
of
this we live in a state where large amounts of Life Force are
consumed in inner friction.
Sometimes clients and students refer to it as a state of "Inner
Civil War".
Our vital energy
is being drained in this never-ending process where fear, guilt,
anger and selt-
deprecation set the tone for our lives. When this happens, we
may experience the pain of Inner-
Separation since different parts in us don't recognize each other
as parts of the same organism.
They try to neutralize each other using criticism, sabotage or
discrimination.
When this process happens,
we become very vulnerable, confused or unfocused. We wonder why
things are not working for us. We may feel tired, frustrated
or depressed.
Every time we allow this process
of Self-judgment and Self-criticism, from attitude to physical
appearance, the glandular/emergency system of our body goes on
instant alert, having just being
told that something is wrong with it. The moment that alarm is
sounded our bio-computer goes
instantly into its genetic and cellular memory databank, back
countless generations, to find
anything that matches from the past to whatever it's just been
told is wrong with it. Then it brings
whatever matching vibration from the past forward for healing.
Since healing is an automatic
natural process, when the body brings that vibration up, it is
expecting the support of the Mind.
However we are not prepared consciously to deal with such a mechanism.
There is no
information in our Mind's programming regarding it. Usually,
our Mind reacts to it with more
resistance, and more judgment arises, deepening the potential
for illness and unhappiness.
Since I found this pattern
in most Cellular Memory Release and Pain Body Release sessions,
I
usually say that "it seems like there is an infestation
of Self-hatred within us". You will see it
happening all the time around you. It may happen to your friends,
family members and co-
workers; you may see it happening in movies or in the books you
read.
Since these patterns are so
common, we accept this as is the way life is, and that we can't
expect anything different.
Facts about the human bio-computer
Since most of the parts that
we loose happen at a young age, we will need to explore the nature
of
the young human being (baby or toddler) before moving on.
The young human bio-computer
is run by the essential energy force that runs all manifested
forms in the universe. By nature, it is fresh, innocent and positive.
We could say that absorbing
experiences is mostly what it's life is all about. Its energy
field acts
like a sponge, open to absorb everything and anything around it - eager to learn
and experiment.
It is very sensitive. One moment it is feeling joyful, five seconds later it's
crying. It feels and
acts out the positive emotional charge (PEC) that is freely available running
through its system.
Look at a baby's eyes: wide open and curious. His attitude is enthusiastic by
nature - always
optimistic. His parents would say he needs to be taught where danger is, and
that is quite true.
This combination of innocence and naiveté makes him never expect the negative
to happen. He
depends on his parents for protection and survival and needs help for everything.
The young human bio-computer
is hypersensitive to the expression of negative emotions. That's
why sometimes a minor negative incident upsets it so much and
the youngster complains and
cries immediately. He absorbs the positive and the negative emotional charge
from the life
experiences as they unfold. This is the way human programming is developed, and
this is also the
way beliefs become decisions, and decisions become behavior. Many of the virtues
and talents
will be the result of this programming. Simultaneously, deficiencies and limitations
will be
created. Overtime, the negative experiences, negative beliefs, and negative decisions,
accumulate
and create the Pain Body (refer to the Pain body Release manual).
How a Lost Part happens
"If a small child happens
to have a unloving mother, that judges and criticizes him all
the time, he
will surely feel put down and hurt. As a consequence he will
feel sadness, shame, anger or fear
each time he is with his mother. He may feel hated from her and that he hates
her as well. He
doesn't know what to do. He feels guilty about his feelings and as a result,
trapped and
powerless. He cannot leave her because he depends on his mother, and she won't
leave him
either. He feels that his only choice is to try to avoid or hide himself each
time he sees her
around."
The previous story illustrates
the quality of energy created in the young human bio-computer's
energy field when it is exposed to negative emotions.
That is also the way a Lost
Part is created. A part of us becomes non-existent or hidden.
It
doesn't want to be found. It feels too bad about itself to show
or expose itself. Feelings of shame,
guilt, fear, anger and/or resentment creates the need or desire
to hide. All the positive emotional
charge (PEC) or vital force of that part is suffocated by the
negative emotional charge (NEC)
produced by the experience.
A Lost Part is the result of
the inability to fully transform the pain of any negative event
in our
life; the event may be a very traumatic one or a whole period
where the NEC continues to
accumulate (several years of emotional, physical or sexual abuse).
When we lose a part, the Pain
Body gains strength
The intensity of the NEC in
a given moment may trigger the loss of vital energy force that
gets
trapped in the Pain Body. The PEC shrinks back leaving an empty
space that is filled with
negative beliefs and negative decisions. We feel a sensation
of distance and separation from that
part of ourselves. A heavy sense of discomfort may make us feel
we cannot bear to live with
ourselves any longer.
Many human beings go through
life with a small percentage of their essential Life Force
available. That happens especially after losing several parts
of the self as a consequence of Inner-
War.
Another indication that a part
is lost in you, may be the feeling that you don't want to or
cannot
speak about some areas of your life. It is your secret or it
is too personal to expose or share. You
may feel a strong sense of separation with others. This is "my
stuff". It's "not your business, this
happened to me and it's part of who I am."
If you happen to go through
your life without recovering Lost Parts and transforming the
NEC,
you may find yourself at the age of forty, with seventy or eighty
percent of your vital force
trapped in the Pain Body.
The percentage of Life Force
that we lose determines how dysfunctional we may become.
All kinds of psychological disturbances including confusion,
fear, anxiety, angry depression,
learning disabilities, procrastination, not having a direction
in life or feeling overwhelmed, are
some of the imbalances that we usually encounter when Lost Parts are present
in the body-mind
system.
The consequence of losing a
part is a sense of a lack of completeness and may lead to the
search
for wholeness. A constant feeling of not being worthy or good
enough will be present. If you are
unconscious about the sense of separation and wholeness, you
may feel intense craving and
neediness. In this case there is a hole that needs to be filled with possessions,
money, success,
power, recognition or that ideal relationship. To be complete you need to accomplish
these
things, only to discover afterwards that the hole is still there. The craving
is never satisfied for
long.
Lost Parts are easily recoverable
and the process is quicker than one may think.
One session may represent a big difference for the physical and
emotional well-being of the
person who was suffered a loss.
