Web Directory
If you miss the print deadline, you are welcome to advertise via a web only listing. The guidelines, ad specifications, and artwork specifications are the same as the Print Directory. Web Directory Advertising requires a 6-month commitment.
Pricing: Same pricing as the print Directory. The year begins July 1 and ends June 30. If you begin your web advertising mid-year, your fee will be pro-rated accordingly. You will be invoiced for the ad when we receive and approve your photo/logo and text or display ad.

E-News
Your ad will appear in our E-News sent to over 2300 people every other Thursday and on the front page of the Insight Healthy Living website - www.insightdirectory.com. You will have 24/7 presence on the website during your ad run.

Text with event title, short description, location, contact information, email and website (if you have one). This can be in a word document or in the body of the email. Please be brief and concise but include who, what, where, when and why.
Important! - State which date or dates you wish to advertise.
Logo or a photo, sent as a jpg or tiff. We cannot use flyers or pdf's or photos embedded in a word document. Image should be high resolution, between 100 - 200 pixels (approximately 1.5 x 1.5 square).
Deadline - by noon, the Wednesday before the publish date of the E-News. (see dates below)

E-Flyers
Insight E-Flyer advertising is an excellent way to get even more attention to your specific event. This stand-alone flyer is sent as many times as you like, to the Insight mail list of over 2350 people. We make it easy for you to attract new clients.
Pricing: $75 - for one time sending or $100 for the flyer and E-News ( see above)
Send your flyer as a jpg for web. We cannot use a pdf.
Important! Let us know the specific dates you wish your E-Flyer to be sent.
Approximate size: Image should be high resolution jpg for web, between 480 x 680 pixels.  If you do not have your flyer as a jpg, you can send all the elements in the body of the email toÂ

Invoicing procedures:
Your invoice will be e-mailed or mailed to you at the beginning of the month following your E-News or E-Flyer being sent out. Banners will be invoiced upon approval.
